Meeting Package: $76/day/person including all meals, coffee breaks and conference room rental fee, details in the full package form. Please download the form and send it back to Toftrees resort after you fill it out. Due May 16.
For local attendees, there is another option with lunch and coffee breaks. Here is the lunch only form.
Reservations: Deadline Extended to April 23. Make hotel reservation through link here. (If you missed the deadline, please email Dandan Tao with checkin and checkout dates to make reservation.)
Local climate: Temperature range in May: 50℉ - 70℉ (~ 10℃ - ~20℃).
Transportation:
1. If you arrive at University Park Airport (SCE), you can call the front desk of Toftrees Resort to schedule free shuttle service. The flight directly to SCE is usually quite expensive.
2. If you decide to fly to a bigger city and drive to State College, there are some options:
1.5-hour-drive: Harrisburg International Airport (MDT)
3-hour-drive: Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), Baltimore–Washington International Airport (BWI)
4-hour-drive: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
Rental car services are usually in/near the airport. Make the rental car reservation before your arrival.
